Tacos, Tequila and more take the Spotlight at Café Eight

Fresh, colorful and bold flavors of the Mexican cuisine will once again take over Café Eight’s buffet spread from May 5 to 20, 2018. Look forward to a lunch or dinner overflowing with traditional Mexican dishes that you can’t get enough of.
Mention Mexican cuisine and most will think of symbolism and festivals. One of the popular cultural celebrations in Mexico is Cinco de Mayo, which is annually observed every 5th of May. This is in observance of the Mexican Army’s triumph headed by General Ignacio Zaragoza over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. In the United States, Cinco de Mayo rejoices the bond of Mexican-American culture.
To honor Cinco de Mayo, Café Eight’s culinary team invites its guests to embark on a gastronomic marathon of Mexico’s intense and varied flavors. Delectable appetizers such as stuffed jalapeno, chicken fajita salad, tortilla wraps, and tacos chili con carne are sure to fire up one’s appetite. The aroma and taste of pork carnitas, chipotle marinated fish, quesadilla, gambas al ajillo, mole poblano, and nachos best paired with unlimited Tequila cocktails are hard to resist.
The buffet rate per person is P1,514 net or P1,729 net with free-flowing drinks. Café Eight surely knows how to make your taste buds feasting in happiness.  If you like food that gives quite a kick and not just tickle in your taste bud, then this spread is for you. If you like your carnitas paired with rice or tacos, then this is definitely for you and if you like drinking tequila while having a view of the city, then this buffet is definitely the best place to be in. Make sure that you get yourself to Crimson Hotel in Filinvest City because this is available only until May 20.
