It’s the time of the year when the highly anticipated Scholastic Warehouse Sale is happening again from November 15 to December 23, 2017! The warehouse in 70 C. Raymundo Street, Pasig City will be open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM .
Educators, students, parents, bookworms, and reading advocates, brace yourselves because it’s getting better and better every warehouse sale. Scholastic Asia will offer a wide array of picture books, fiction and nonfiction books, popular series, references, inspirational, arts and crafts, teacher’s resources, and audio books with discount of up to 70%.
The most popular Box-All-You- Can Book Buffet for only Php799 will also be part of the month-long sale.
Your packing skill will be put to a test while filling up the official box of the Box-All-You-Can Book Buffet. You may place approximately 30 to a hundred books in a box depending on the size and thickness of the books that you will choose. This part of the book sale is what makes a regular visitor of this warehouse sale motivated because it’s real value for money. If you are building your library at home, planning to donate books to charity, or simply looking for practical and educational gifts for your loved ones this Christmas, this warehouse sale is definitely a must-visit!
In joining the Box-All-You-Can Book Buffet, you have to follow these rules. It is a must for you to do so to save yourself from hassle and trouble.
Furthermore, please be reminded to do these things before you go. Make sure to bring your own drinks, snacks, extra shirts, toiletries, eco bags, and extra cash. The nearby convenience store is a little far. The warehouse has no air conditioning units and picking of books requires you to do hand-washing afterwards. You have to be prepared.
If you are going to bring your young children, make sure that they have someone to take care of them while you are book hauling especially in the book buffet area where a lot of patrons usually shop. Coming early in the morning to avoid the intense heat in the afternoon is highly encouraged. You don’t need to worry about lining up longer because many counters are open for accepting payments.
Here’s the map for your perusal whether you are going to travel by public utility vehicle or private car.
If you commute, it’s so easy and convenient to go there because the place is accessible to different public transportation options. This is what works for most of the commuters: from Robinsons Galleria, ride a bus going to Taytay. Tell the conductor to drop you off Jenny’s. When you see the footbridge and signage C. Raymundo Street on the right side, alight the bus. You may walk or ride a tricycle. When you see Sorrento Oasis, Scholastic Warehouse is a few steps away.
