There is a technique to eating the 8-flavor  xiao long bao in order to maximize the experience – first eat the mildest flavor to the strongest to enjoy each dumpling. In order, you should try the original flavor, followed by ginseng, foie gras, black truffle, cheesy, crab roe, garlic and lastly, the szechuan xiao long bao. If you mean to share, best get each flavor in sets of either 6 or 10.

However, beyond their delicious xiao long bao, Paradise Dynasty also has a wide selection of dishes to complement and contrast this soup dumpling. for appetizers, try the Steamed Glutinous Rice Stuffed in Red Date, a surprisingly delicious combination that balances and maximizes the sweetness of both. Another must-try is the radish pastry, a croissant-like bread that is mild and flaky.

After the delicate flavors of the xiao long bao and the soup, you can try some of their chili dishes. One of these is their Dimsum Pork Dumpling, which comes with hot chili vinaigrette.
