Laugh Attack with Never Say Die

What do you think will happen if a lady reporter swap body with a mixed martial arts fighter? Will all hell breaks loose? This is the premise that Never Say Die, China’s top grossing comedy movie for 2017, is based on. Adapted from a stage play of the same title, Never Say Die is one roller coaster ride of fun and entertainment that will surely tickle your funny bone.

Last February 22, 2018, Star Cinema and Novuhair (the country’s number one solution for hair loss) sponsored the advance screening of Never Say Die at the Gateway Cinema Complex in Quezon City.

According to reports, Never Say Die has been making money at the box office since it was shown last September 2017, even toppling Jackie Chan’s Kung Fu Yoga in the same year. To date, it is the highest-grossing comedy film ever in a single box office market in China.

Directed by Yang Song and Chiyu Zhang and starring Ai Lun and Ma Li, the film is produced by Happy Mahua Pictures, a popular comedy troupes which also produced the blockbuster hit Goodbye Mr. Loser which Ai Lun and Ma Li first teamed up. It also starred Xue Haowen, Shen Teng, and Tian Yu. The movie is a barrel full of laughter from the opening credits until the end and the audience can’t help but laugh at the wild antics of the characters in the movie. If you don’t like to laugh too much, then this movie is not for you.
Never Say Die will be officially shown nationwide this February 28, 2018. So bring the whole family or watch it together with your friends and laugh until your stomach hurts.
