Sous Chef Dennis Tuazon brings you Japan’s most popular dishes such as maki, sushi and sashimi, donburi, robata, noodles, and stir-fry. Chef Dennis has almost a decade of experience here and abroad. His skills in creating Asian fusion cuisine and his expertise in Japanese cuisine will assure you’d have a taste of an authentic and top-quality Japanese food.
Highlights from the Maki Rolls menu include California Maki Roll, Tempura Maki Roll, and Crazy Maki. Other choices are Salmon Tataki Maki, Yasai Futomaki, Unagi Maki, and Tuna Tataki Maki.
Whether you like your noodles with soup or stir fried, Chef Dennis has something to delight you. Noodles and soup menu has Chicken Udon Noodle Soup, Beef Soba Noodles, and Soba Noodle Ebi Tempura. For the stir fry menu, they have Chicken Yaki Udon and Stir Fry Ebi Yakisoba.
For the fire-side cooking (Robatayaki), the menu includes Chicken Yakitori, Rock Pork Spare Ribs, and Beef Yakiniku.
Make sure you still have room for dessert because Chef Dennis has something very interesting for the sweet tooth diners — the Tempura Ice Cream and the Japanese Soft Cheesecake.
Spice Cafe also offers set meals. Your choice of Chicken Teriyaki, Tonkatsu, or Ebi Tempura comes with Miso soup, steamed rice, and stir fried vegetables.
