It could lower your chances of having prostate cancer

According to a study from Harvard Medical School, men who ejaculated more often reduced their risk of developing prostate cancer by 22 percent. Researchers still don’t know why that is, but hey, if you needed one more reason to hit that tonight, having your guy avoid getting cancer is a pretty solid one.

Having sex stimulates production of testosterone, dopamine and oxytocin – increasing desire and ensuring you bond. Even if you start the session quite half-heartedly, once you’re aroused, the release of these hormones makes you both feel pleasure, attachment and intimacy, says US sociologist Pepper Schwartz says.

Have daily bite-size sex

Aim to do one simple, sexy act every day for each other.
Sex doesn’t have to mean intercourse: have a long, deep kiss or a teasing, two minute oral sex session for one of you. Bite-size sex moments are more realistic to achieve and work to keep you both sexually connected without requiring Olympian effort.
