DSTNCT, an award-winning integrated marketing agency, has been acquired by Gushcloud Marketing Group (GMG), the marketing unit of Gushcloud International. The merger of DSTNCT into GMG aims to build deeper integrated marketing and influencer marketing strategies together.
Prior to the merger, DSTNCT has been shaking up the marketing world with client work across a myriad of industries. The agency for the next-gen prides itself in its relevance, especially to the youths, through its content-first approach. Founded in 2015, DSTNCT has since bagged numerous marketing awards wins and notable brands as clientele. Some of its most well-known work includes National Youth Council (SHINE Festival), AIA Singapore, Capitaland Malls, National Arts Council (Singapore Art Week), Grab Singapore, Riot Games (Hyperplay) and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Through this move, Gushcloud Marketing Group will share its resources and data within the fields of influencer and content marketing in Asia. Meanwhile, DSTNCT will provide its deep insights and creativity by leading integrated marketing and social. This marks a new phase of growth for Gushcloud Marketing Group as the addition of DSTNCT signals a commitment towards building a holistic marketing ecosystem that allows for brands to further optimize the use of influencers and content creators.

DSTNCT is the first acquisition of Gushcloud Marketing Group since the reorganization of Gushcloud International into two main units, the Marketing Group and the Entertainment Group in December 2017.
