This ultra hydrating facial mask can help restore moisture to dry skin.
2 tbsp. avocado
2 tsp. honey

Beer is good for more than just happy hour—when mixed with apple cider vinegar (one of our favorite skincare ingredients), this rinse can create shine, luster, and vibrancy.

Hydrating Hair Mask
In addition to hydration, research suggests that avocados can potentially protect skin from UV damage and early signs of aging. We recommend putting a plastic bag over your head after applying the mask to retain heat.
¼ tsp. avocado
¼ tsp. honey
¼ tsp. yogurt
¼ tsp. soy, almond, or coconut milk (any non-dairy milk)
Combine and apply onto your hair from roots to ends. You can put a plastic bag over your head and keep it on for several hours if you want, but you should use it for at least five minutes. Use shampoo to wash it out.
