In fact, students are made to train in a room, which is a replica of the exact cabin in a ship. The kitchen where students are taught culinary lessons is also the same one found in a cruise ship. The restaurant are where students are trained for food and beverage services is a fully operational fine dining restaurant, while another area in the campus resembles the lobby of a 5-star hotel.
